Where we ship

We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners.

Dispatch & delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Festive, gifting and remote-area orders may take longer; we'll always email you a tracking link.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout based on weight and destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking link from our courier partner once your order ships. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

Undelivered or delayed orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or marked undelivered, write to us at team@thepopcompany.in within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can investigate with the courier.
