Refund & Returns Policy
This page is maintained by The Pop Company. Because we sell perishable food products, we have a strict no-returns policy. The exceptions are listed below.
No returns on food products
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used or correctly delivered food items. Once an order is delivered as ordered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at team@thepopcompany.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo/video of the outer packaging and the affected product
- A short description of the issue
After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or, where a replacement isn't possible, a refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect.
